Project Highlights: SHL team have been awarded the logistic contract for the delivery of the plate rolling mill for the Magnitogorks Metallurgical combine (MMK). MMK is one of Russia’s leading steel producers. The roll stand delivered is one of the world’s most powerful mills. The project scope was split in two directions OOG and FTL. Total trucks delivered was 165 (one hundred and sixty-five), both oversized and standard. The project took place during winter. Despite the heavy snow and extreme low temperatures, all the trucks reached the destination according to our transport plan. TAPM helped us work out all the transit customs and weather problems in real time, closely working with our client and strengthening our partnership overcoming all the project challenges together.
